RACHEL PETRIE

Actor

Lady Montague- Romeo & Juliet
God- Deviled Eggs

This is Rachel's second show with Four Humors, having played the role of God in Deviled Eggs both at the Minnesota Fringe Festival and at the Old Arizona in 2006. She is very excited to be a part of this production of Romeo and Juliet and sincerely hopes that the audience enjoys the product as much as she has enjoyed the process. Most recently, Rachel completed an eight week tour with The National Theatre for Children in St. Louis and south-eastern Missouri (Aberdeen Jean in Boomerang Jack and the Unseen Green Machine). She was also in several productions at the University of Minnesota (Fritzie, a Kit Kat Dancer in Cabaret, Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Trixie/Phantom in The Rocky Horror Show, Ensemble member in The Realitics of Poligion, Flapper in Anything Goes, Chorus member in Eric Hermannson's Soul) and on the Minnesota Centennial Showboat (Olio Woman in Dracula, Female Understudy in Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde). Rachel is also a classically trained singer and just appeared in the Ben Krywosz Musical Theatre Master Class at MacPhail Center for Music, where she is a voice student of Andrea Leap. Many thanks to Friends, Family, and Four Humors!
